Tarte Holiday 2015 Review!

Tarte Holiday 2015!

Tarte Sephora Exclusive
This post will quickly do an overview of a few of the holiday sets released from tarte this year. First up is the Tarte Light of the Party Collectors set. This comes with 30 shadows, a delux size shadow brush and a deluz Lights, Camera's, Lashes mascara (which is literally one of my fave), a full size bronzer, and a full size blush. All of this retails for $59 and Tarte lists it as a $394 value (which I totally believe).

Pro's:

The outside packaging is quite nice, it's a sequinned design that varies but is still similar to others. You do get a lot of shadows, and I mean, who doesn't loveeee a good neutral palette? Two full size products, and the highlight is really pretty!
Con's

There is literally NO pigmentation in these eyeshadows, like none at all. SO unless you're someone that wants super light washes of color they're almost impossible to use. The bronzer is only usable for someone of lighter complexion as well.
Top portion: Bronzer, Blush, Highlight, 6 shadows

Next up is the blush sets. The palette is Sephora exclusive and the mini blushes are an Ulta exclusive. In the bottom picture below you'll see them compared to one another. I truly think both of them are great. Everyone loves tarte blushes, right? The packaging for both is fabulous as well. The palette comes with 5 almost full (.15 grams, a full size is .20) blushes and the minis are all together about the size of one and a half full size blushes. If I had to grab one I'd say go for the mini, I feel like the shades are more WOC friendly but BOTH are worth it and very wearable.

Should you buy?
Yes on the blush palette and the minis!
Please pass on the eyeshadow palette!
